By 2027, our vision is to establish strong partnerships with leading railway and rail-service companies across India, expand the reach of AIRTC, and connect more young people with job-oriented training to contribute towards building a skilled and trained workforce for the railway and passenger-service sector.

We aim to connect trained and capable young professionals with the evolving needs of the railway and rail-service industry, while contributing to better service quality, operational efficiency and an improved passenger experience.

We believe that delivering better railway services requires not only modern infrastructure and technology, but also a skilled, trained, responsible and professional workforce.

Through AIRTC and our career-oriented training initiatives, we aim to contribute to the development of trained professionals who can support the growing requirements of the railway and passenger-service ecosystem.

Our mission is to connect young people with training, skills and career opportunities while contributing to the growth and development of the railway and rail-service sector.

We aim to:

• Develop and promote AIRTC as a strong Job-Oriented Certificate Program for aspiring railway and service-sector professionals.
• Help more young people become trained and job-ready for opportunities in railway and related service sectors.
• Provide practical and career-oriented training in areas such as Railway Hospitality, Railway Crew and related passenger-service functions.
• Build meaningful partnerships and collaborations with leading railway and rail-service companies and organizations.
• Help candidates develop essential professional skills, including Communication, Customer Handling, Teamwork, Professional Behaviour and Workplace Skills.
• Provide candidates with relevant railway career information and job notifications to help them stay informed about available opportunities.
• Work towards creating a stronger Industry–Workforce Connection between trained candidates and the railway service sector.
• Contribute to the development of a skilled and trained workforce that can support better services and a positive experience for railway passengers.
